International Halloween Party

Place: Nowlin Center

Customer: All OC students are invited

 

Event brief introduction: The internationals will have an awesome Halloween party on Friday, October 31 in Nowlin Center at 8pm. This party is open to all OC students, so bring your friends and make more friends here! You may also see a lot cool international customs!

 

Event purpose: Helping international student involves in school activities and enjoys the American culture. At the same time, the party provides a chance for them to make friends.

 

Segments:

• Monday, October 27 – talk with Chroma (International Organization) about organizing an international Halloween party.

• Tuesday, October 28 – talk with the president of Chroma about make this Party open for all OC students not only internationals.

• Wednesday, October 29 – talk with the SGA president about making the publicity of the Party (chapel announcement) and asking budget from SGA.

• Thursday, October 30 – make chapel announcement and have the interview with Talon. Invite students to buy the custom for Halloween.

• Friday, October 31 – buy food and get ready for the Party.
